Round steak ( cut in strips and then the strips cut in half)
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 T. butter
I sauteed this all up in my instant pot until it was done.
I then added 6 beef bouillon cubes, 5 c. water (if you use some sort of noodles….which I did, then this is the time to add them in your instant pot and put enough water to cover them). I put it on manual for 3 minutes.
Quick release pressure.
Add 1/2 c of heavy cream, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 T. dijon mustard, and a squirt of lemon or lime juice
Mix it up till it is all hot and good.
