Week 4 & 30 Menu and Grocery List

Here is the rundown for Weeks 4 & 30

**It needs to be noted, if in my menus, it calls for chicken or cream cheese or any duplicates, I only write it down once…I usually know how many to actually purchase**

Peas, Asparagus, Package of Ranch dressing mix, Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Oregano, Basil, Cauliflower, Sausage, cream of chicken soup, dried minced onions, cheddar

Pinto Beans, salsa, doritoes, beef, sour cream, ro-tel tomatoes and chilis, rice

Elbow noodles, velveeta (store brand), green beans, mexican blend cheese, cream of mushroom, mayo, heavy cream, lemon juice
