Review: The Star

First and foremost……stahppppppppp itttttttttttttt………This trailer…….for the love. My 3 yr old just jumped up in my lap and yelled “THIS IS GOING TO BE MY FAVORITE MOVIE EVER!”  Then, we watched we watched all the trailers…..three times.  Okay, so he wanted to watch it twice…..I watched it three times.  There is no judgement. Adults need to sit and snicker while watching a donkey try to communicate to Mary and Joseph 🙂

I imagined, during the “whining” scene of the camels…..that those characters were created in the image of the writers children LOL.  I could see my kids acting that way cause they are tired, they are hot, they are thirsty.  I giggled.

This movie is going to be so cute and so easy to understand, from a child’s perspective.  I can see this movie being watched every Christmas, as part of our Christmas movie arsenal that we have.  To be honest, it will be watched outside of Christmas, as well.

I encourage all of you to gather your kids, gather your elderly, gather your pets and go and watch this movie!!!  It is coming out November 17, 2017.  This is not a giveaway, just a review….so sorry about that.

THE STAR MOVIE

In Sony Pictures Animation’s The Star, a small but brave donkey named Bo yearns for

a life beyond his daily grind at the village mill. One day he finds the courage to break

free, and finally goes on the adventure of his dreams. On his journey, he teams up with

Ruth, a loveable sheep who has lost her flock and Dave, a dove with lofty aspirations.

Along with three wisecracking camels and some eccentric stable animals, Bo and his

new friends follow the Star and become unlikely heroes in the greatest story ever told –

the first Christmas.
