Weekly Menu 2: Shopping List

Ginger, Beef, Mushroom, and Kale; Cauliflower Fried Rice

LC Spaghetti; Cheddar Bread

Pizza

Cauliflower Sausage Casserole; Southern Lima Beans, Broccoli and Bacon Bake; Asparagus and Feta

Baked Chicken and Cauliflower Rice; Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms (this was all gross, so I’m marking it out and taking it off the Week 2 menu.  I will be replacing it, though.  Blech!

Philly chicken; green bean casserole, corn

Whole green beans (fresh or frozen)

Balsamic vinegar

Butter beans

bacon x 2

creole seasoning

scallions (green onions)

asparagus

feta cheese

flaxseed meal

baking powder

oil

eggs

cheddar/colby blend

garlic

thyme

broccoli

carrots

cream cheese x 3

milk

garlic powder

cheddar

Stew meat

kale

soy

vegetable broth (can use beef)

rice wine vinegar

cornstarch

ginger

cauliflower

sausage

heavy whipping cream

cream of chicken soup

ground beef

spaghetti sauce (watch for your sugars on this)

2 green peppers

onions

chicken breasts

provolone cheese

Steak seasoning

chicken pieces

parsley

one fresh lemon (you will use the juice and the zest)

chicken bouillon

This list seems daunting, but rest assure that most of these things you will have already on hand (ie salt, pepper, most spices) and if you use things wisely, you can stretch what you have.
