Low Carb Taco Bake

Crust

8 oz. cheddar

4 oz. cream cheese

3 eggs

In greased 13×9 dish, pat your cheddar down firmly.

In separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and egg.  I used my food processor to get it blended well.

Pour over cheddar.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Remove and allow to cool.

Filling:

Ground beef

Onion

Garlic

Seasoning

Taco Seasoning

1/4 c. tomato sauce

8 oz. cheddar

In pan, brown ground beef, onion, garlic, and seasoning.  Drain fat.  Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.  Spoon filling over cooled crust.  Sprinkle cheddar on top and bake at 350 for another 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with whatever floats your boat 🙂

I have sour cream, lettuce, and black olives.
