I was very excited to review this CD….I got it in the mail. I opened it. I laid it on the mantle and then the next morning, when I went to get it to listen to it….it was gone. It. Was. Gone. The package was still there that it came in but there was nothing else. My fear was that I had accidentally thrown it away. Panic ensued. It ensued!!!!!!! I looked everywhere.
Early evening, my husband came home from work. I was about to have a complete come apart. I told him what I was reviewing and that I laid it on the mantle and now I couldn’t find it. He laughed at me. He swiped it and had been listening to it all day long LOL. He didn’t think I would notice. As I sighed in relief….I asked him what he thought and he loves it! I was tickled that he loved it but I wanted to listen to it too! I simply cannot leave CDs unattended in my house because my husband or children will swipe it because we all love music so very much!
I will be drawing for a winner on September 11, 2015. Please like this post here on my blog, on facebook, twitter, pinterest, or google +!!!!!!!!!!!!
About the new album The Unmaking:
“Before things in our lives can be resurrected and given new life, certain things must die. Before beauty blooms in spring, roots must do the hard work under the hard frozen soil of winter. Before you renovate and re-build, you tear down the parts of the structure that are weak or damaged or dangerous. Before we make, we must unmake.” Nichole Nordeman
