Balsamic Roast with Onions and Potatoes

1 roast (I use 2 because of my family size….any leftover roast, I use in soups or I make a chinese dish out of it)

Steak seasoning


1/2 c. tomato sauce (whole can if using 2 roasts)

2 Onions, cut

Potatoes, cubed

1 c. beef stock (2 c. if using 2 roasts)

1/2 c. balsamic vinegar

Place roasts in deep pan (with lid) or use a crockpot.  Rub on steak seasoning and pour over the tomato sauce, balsamic, and water.

Place onions and potatoes around the roast.

Cook till done.
