Tuesday Night Meal

Brunzi Baseball Casserole

1 lb. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

Garlic

Seasoning

2 cans cream of chicken

2 cans of chicken noodle soup

2 c. uncooked rice

Brown beef, onion, garlic, and seasoning.  In large bowl, combine that and the rest of the ingredients.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

16 oz. frozen green beans

1 can cream of mushroom

Sprinkle of minced onions

Seasoning

French fried onions

In greased dish, combine all ingredients except the french fried onions.

Sprinkle french fried onions on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
