Low Carb Breakfast Casserole

I made a REALLY good breakfast casserole, tonight (sorry, no picture…we ate it too fast)

2 c. ham (I used leftover ham that I had frozen)
8 oz. mont. jack cheese
2 cans mushrooms
1 c. real bacon bits
12 eggs, beaten

Layer ham, mushrooms, bacon, eggs, mont. Bake in a greased 13×9 pan for 25-30 minutes.

Serves 12
