Cauliflower Au Gratin – Low Carb
1 head cauliflower
Chicken bouillion granules
8 oz. mexican cheese
3/4 c. heavy cream
In large bowl, place cauliflower florets and microwave for 5 minutes.
In a greased baking dish (I used a deep, round dish), place a layer of the steamed cauliflower. Sprinkle on some onion powder and chicken bouillion granules. Add cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Pour heavy cream over it all and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
