Weekly Menu

It has been a TOUGH couple of weeks, so this week….I’m back to doing the things that make me happy and keep me sane.  I have maintained my weight, but I haven’t lost any (sigh).

1.  Don’t answer the phone.

2. Don’t look at cell phone.

3.  Drink lots of water (and coke)

4.  Cook

5.  Show grace

6.  Don’t answer the door.

7.  Don’t use large, medium or small appliances (or vacuum cleaners)

8.  Sleep

9.  Pretend you don’t have 4 dogs…they do not bark, eat you out of house and home, fart, vomit, or lick your elbow while you sleep.

10.  Work a puzzle or 7.

Big Daddy is in the kitchen frying up bacon and sausage for his breakfast for the week.  I’ve boiled a dozen eggs.  Oh, and I have gouda (yum) and cheese cubes for me 🙂

Lunch:  I’m planning on making low carb creamy tomato and spinach soup (for me).  For Big Daddy, I have made a cabbage and bacon casserole, broccoli salad, buffalo chicken salad, and tuna patties.  I think we are set.

Supper:

Pizza

Hamburgers and hotdogs (cloud bread, cauli tots, and low carb cheetos)

Italian Casserole and salad

Mushroom Round Steak, Feta Asparagus, Cauli Au Gratin

Italian Pork Roast, Broccoli and cheese casserole, green beans

Beef fajitas, cauli rice
