Uhm, so I have been looking through recipes (though I wanted to take a break from that but I just can’t help myself) and I kept seeing people comment on how they have found a substitute for their beloved fried potatoes.
First thought = Whatever.
You can’t substitute for the yummy-ness of fried potatoes.
I decided to give it a try.
Second thought = Good. Freaking. Grief.
Third thought = I don’t understand what is going on.
Fourth thought (while staring at said food before putting it in my mouth) = I know in my mind what this is, yet it tastes like fried potatoes.
Fifth thought = I’ve gotta call my moms and sis.
Stand back and prepare to be amazed.

Saute’ it until the radishes are tender and almost translucent.
Put on paper towel to sop up some of the grease.
Slap your mama.
