I made a REALLY good breakfast casserole, tonight (sorry, no picture...we ate it too fast)…
White Castle Hamburger Casserole – Low Carb
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 package lipton onion soup mix
2 c. cheddar
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. mayo
Cook beef with seasoning and lipton onion soup mix. Pour in greased casserole dish. In separate bowl, mix heavy cream, mayo and eggs. Pour over beef and stir in cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
