Weekly Menu

Breakfasts and Lunches are pretty much the same.  The only thing I will add in are wraps.  I found low carb tortillas (5 g. per tortilla), so I will be making a wrap once or twice a week.  Not much more than that because breads now feel like bricks on my belly 🙁  I will also be doing zucchini spears and zucchini pizzas.  Oh, and I have peppers for stuffed peppers.

I will be more diligent in posting updated recipes and pictures.  You can always look back at my older weekly menus and I have placed comments on most of them, even if I didn’t add pictures 🙂

Zuppa Toscana (I will be using my core recipe, but I will be adding in cauliflower instead of potatoes) and Chili

Pizza (loved the cream cheese crust, but it was SUPER thick, so I will half that recipe)

Burgers and Fries (I will make cauliflower tots and Cloud buns, which are zero carbs)

Cheesy Ranch Chicken/Green Bean Casserole/Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus, and Keto Bread

Round Steak with Mushroom Sauce/Garlic Parmesan Fried Eggplant/Loaded Cauliflower Mash/Collard Greens
