Weekly Menu

Bfast:  eggs, omelets, cheese cubes, sausage, bacon

Lunch:  Stuffed Green Peppers, Egg Drop Soup, Broccoli Salad, BLT Salad, Tuna Patties, Cauliflower and Sausage Casserole, Homemade Cheetos

Suppers:

Balsamic and Onion Roast/Green Beans and almonds/Broccoli Bites/Mashed Cauliflower

Spinach Lasagna/Cheesy Cauliflower Bread

Pizza (this time we will use the low carb cream cheese crust…we weren’t fond of the cauliflower crust)

Beef, Mushrooms and Kale Stir Fry/Fried Cauliflower Rice and regular rice for kids

One night, we eat at church and I don’t cook on Sundays.
