Zucchini Spears

Zucchini Spears

They look gross but they are YUMMY!

Zucchini

Seasoning

Oil (just a bit and I use coconut oil)

Parmesan

Slice zucchini in half.

Then cut in fourths.

Lay on baking sheet.

Brush on oil.

Add seasoning and parmesan.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Then slap yo mama 🙂
