Parmesan Crusted Round Steak with Mushroom Sauce
Trim fat off of steak. In one dish, add egg and a splash of water. Mix. In separate bowl, add parmesan and seasoning. Get oil hot in pan. Dredge steak in egg and then parmesan mixture. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side and then transfer to a 13×9 greased dish. Repeat until your steaks are in the dish.
Oh, preheat oven to 350.
4 T. butter
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 T. dijon
Saute up mushrooms in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and let cook down.
Spoon mushroom sauce over steaks. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
