Weekly Menu

Bfast:  bacon, eggs, sausage, cheese

Lunch:  Hot ham and cheese (no bread), Buffalo Chicken Egg Salad (I didn’t make it last week, so I will be making it this week), Homemade Cheetos, BLT Salad, Pepperoni Chips, Cabbage and Kielbasa, Low Carb cheese sauce over broccoli

Monday:  Cheeseburger Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, Potato Soup, Chicken and Dumplings.

Odd combo and certainly not low carb BUT it was the birthday girls’ choice, so that is what we had.

Tuesday:  Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Bacon (okay, but not great), Alfredo Green Beans (fantastic), Salad, Roasted Potatoes (for kids)

Wednesday: Not sure…we are starting our meal ministry back, at church.

Thursday:  Pizza…this time, we will stick with last week’s pizza sauce recipe but try the cauliflower crust.

Friday:  Low Carb Taco Bake (awesome)

Saturday:  Mushroom Round Steak, Baked Parmesan Zucchini Spears

Sunday:  I don’t cook…its our “free” day!
