Homemade Pizza – 1 Carb

Happiness in a pan.

Add whatever toppings floats your boat, this is just what we put on ours.

Homemade Pizza

For the crust:  Refer to this post

For sauce:  2 cans tomato paste, 2 tsp. oregano, 2 tsp. basil, 2 tsp. parsley, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tsp. sugar substitute, seasoning (recipe found here), oil (just enough to make the sauce easily spreadable).

**Note:  I did end up adding more of the spices because it tasted good.  Make it like I’ve written and then add more of anything as it suits you**

The crust will already be baked, according to the recipe I’ve already provided.

Spread on crust and add toppings.  We added fresh mushrooms and pepperoni.


This is our journey of adoption, love, homeschooling and living life to the fullest.....even if we do live in chaos (can't have anyone over syndrome).
