Broccoli and Cheese Soup – Low Carb

Broccoli and Cheese Soup

2 T. butter

1 1/2 c. heavy cream

6 1/2 c. water

4 chicken bouillion cubes

Seasoning

basil

oregano

2 T. sour cream

1/2 t. dry mustard

1/4 t. cayenne (left out because I didn’t have)

16 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained

1/2 c. red bell pepper (didn’t use cause I didn’t have)

16 oz. cheddar

2 T. chives

Servings:  10

Carbs:  1

I only factored in the things that I, specifically put in the soup.
