Crustless Pepperoni Pizza
Get skillet hot.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on hot skillet. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Allow to brown around edges (I kept using my spatula to lift up the edges to help it cook evenly).
Add pepperoni and let cook. You may want to pat any grease off of the pizza with a paper towel. I didn’t have that problem because I didn’t use too many pepperoni.
Allow to cool slightly and slide onto plate.
