Cheesy Spinach and Caramelized Onions

1 box frozen spinach, thawed

2 onions

Seasoning

2 T. butter

12 ozs. Italian Blend Cheese

Take thawed spinach and put it in a clean dishcloth.  Twist until all the water is out of the spinach.

In pan, melt butter, add onions.  Cook till caramelized.  Add spinach and seasoning.  Add about 8 ozs. of the cheese and mix together.

Place in a shallow, greased dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
