Weekly Menu

This has been, hands down, the hardest menu to date.  Ack.  I’m glad it is over and planned.  Big Daddy and I have not seen any movement in the scale department or how our clothes fit…so…at the advice of the most precious woman EVER, Ms. Jo…we are going to go a week with LOW carbs (20 grams or less).

Seriously, I love cheese, but every single dish and side dish will have cheese in it.  We may not poop for a month but if it kickstarts our bodies, then it will be all worth it.  Pray for us LOL

Bfasts…other than lots of eggs and I will probably fry up some bacon…I really have no idea.

Lunches:  hard boiled eggs, celery, cheddar cubes, coleslaw, cabbage casserole, Buffalo Chicken Egg Salad, Salad, BLT salad, crab

Beef Fajitas and Cauliflower Fried Rice

Pizza.  We made a mozzarella crust (phenomenal), made our own pizza sauce (spectacular), and created an AMAZING pizza.

Creamy Tomato Soup and Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Chicken Cordon Bleu/Garlic green beans with mushrooms/Cheesy Spinach with Carmelized Mushrooms/Roasted Parmesan Zuchini

Tacos and Rice (for the kids).  Big Daddy and I made a giant taco salad…bed of lettuce, meat and cheddar.  I also made mozzarella chips (would’ve done cheddar chips but didn’t have anymore cheddar)

Okay, so I suck, but we were gone all day on Friday and we ate at McDonald’s…yes, I had a burger and it was GOOD.

I will post pictures, recipes, calorie/carb counts, whether it sucks or not, and such….I dread this.
