1 lb. pork tenderloin, marinated for a few hours in some Teriyaki Sauce
Oil
1 can mushrooms (or use fresh)
2 cans water chestnuts
1 c. broccoli
1 squash, shredded or cubed
1 zucchini, shredded or cubed
32 ozs. frozen stir fry vegetables
**Clearly, I go overboard on the veggies only because I am reducing the meat in order to be healthier**
