Cheesy Chicken Lasagna
1 1/2 cans full fat evaporated milk
2 packs dry ranch mix packets
4 shredded chicken breasts
1 1/2-2 c. Mozzarella
1 1/2-2 c. Cheddar
No-boil lasagna noodles (I think I used 12)
Grease 13 x 9 pan. Turn oven on 350.
In a saucepan, simmer both cans of milk and ranch packet mixes. Once combined and warm, add shredded chicken and seasoning.
Spread a little bit of sauce mixture on the bottom of your pan. Next, noodles, chicken mixture, mozz and cheddar. Repeat ending with cheeses. Bake for about 30-45 minutes. Let set for about 10 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
