Healthy Beef Stew (Crockpot)

**I wish you could smell my house, it smells WONDERFUL**

1 lb stew meat

1/3 c. all purpose flour + 2 T.

Seasoning

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 bay leaves

2 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. worcestershire

2 onions, chopped

4 potatoes, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

3 carrots, chopped

4 beef bouillion cubes

4 c. water

1 lb. squash, chopped

Put beef in crockpot.  Mix, in separate bowl the flour and seasoning (my seasoning recipe is found at the top of my blog) and then pour that over the beef.  Stir to coat meat.

Place in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

Servings:  10

Calories per serving:  220

Fat per serving:  5 grams

Some kids want crackers and for 10 saltine crackers, it is 120 calories.
