To add more bang to my buck, with spaghetti sauce, I browned a pound of…
1 lb. ground beef, cooked (with whole onion, fresh garlic, and seasoning) and drained
Spaghetti noodles (I used 2 regular sized packages), cooked with seasoning and drained
2 – 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom
26 oz. spaghetti sauce
When beef is done, add tomato sauce, soup, spaghetti sauce, and sour cream. Stir.
In greased 13×9 pan (again, I used 2 because I had enough stuff to do so, I froze one), put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom. Add spaghetti noodles, another generous helping of sauce, and cheeses. Repeat layers one time ending with cheese. At this point, you can cover it and freeze. I froze one and then the other I cooked. Put it in a 350 degree oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes.
This is not a picture of the recipe…cause I forgot to take one, but I did find this on Big Daddy’s phone 🙂
