Au Gratin Potatoes

  • 6-8 potatoes, washed and sliced
  • Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp flour

In a greased 13×9 pan (I tried to use a casserole dish and it didn’t work….I like my stuff spread out 🙂 ) and preheat the oven to 450.  In sauce pan, place cheddar, yogurt, cream cheese, milk, butter, and flour.  Stir until well blended and bubbly.  In dish, layer potatoes, seasoning, and a bit of the sauce (enough to cover all the potatoes).  The next layer should be onions, seasoning, and more sauce.  The last row should be potatoes, seasoning, and the rest of the sauce.  Cover and cook for 45 minutes.  Uncover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
