Au Gratin Potatoes

  • 6-8 potatoes, washed and sliced
  • Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp flour

In a greased 13×9 pan (I tried to use a casserole dish and it didn’t work….I like my stuff spread out ūüôā ) and preheat the oven to 450.¬† In sauce pan, place cheddar, yogurt, cream cheese, milk, butter, and flour.¬† Stir until well blended and bubbly.¬† In dish, layer potatoes, seasoning, and a bit of the sauce (enough to cover all the potatoes).¬† The next layer should be onions, seasoning, and more sauce.¬† The last row should be potatoes, seasoning, and the rest of the sauce.¬† Cover and cook for 45 minutes.¬† Uncover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
