Swiss Stuffed Chicken Wrapped in Bacon

Chicken breasts

Seasoning

Basil

Oregano

Swiss

Bacon

Butterfly fresh chicken breasts  (had I thought about it, I would have cut my fat chicken breasts completely in half and then butterflied them, which would have doubled my chicken and I wouldn’t have had to cook it as long).  Inside butterfly, sprinkle seasoning, basil and oregano.  Throw in swiss cheese (or any type of cheese).  Fold chicken back over.  Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon.  Bake, covered at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hrs or until done.  I baked mine for 1 hr and then took the cover off and baked another 30 minutes.
