Gluten Free Tater Tot Casserole
Sausage (or beef)
16 ozs. sour cream
Cream of mushroom soup (2 c. homemade…recipe will follow and it is GF)
Seasoning (recipe found in bar)
1 beef bouillion cube smashed to bits
(beef bouillion cube, minced onion and onion powder make up a GF Lipton onion soup mix)
Brown meat with seasoning, mashed up bouillion cube, minced onion and dash (or two) of onion powder. Drain.
Place in greased 13×9 pan.
Top with tater tots (sprinkle with seasoning).
In separate bowl, mix homemade cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread over top of tater tots. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
