Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

Boil and shred your chicken.  In bowl, place your chicken, seasoning, taco mix, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and 1/4 c. water.  Mix well.

Place mixture in flour tortilla and roll.  Place in greased 13×9 pan, pour remaining chicken/cheese mixture over top.  Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
