Baked Chicken

I love love love baked chicken.


I started out by soaking my chicken legs in salt water, overnight (or all day).  Some people soak it in buttermilk.  Remove from water and pat dry.  In a gallon size baggie place some olive oil (or any kind you have on hand), add seasoning, 1 tsp. marjoram, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. 1 tsp. thyme.  Throw in your chicken and shake.  Place in iron skillet and put in oven.  Cook at 350 till done.




This is our journey of adoption, love, homeschooling and living life to the fullest.....even if we do live in chaos (can't have anyone over syndrome).
