Homemade Granola Bars

These are so so very good.  I’m so proud of myself!

1/3 c. oil

3/4 c. brown sugar

2 T. corn syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

Mix all of this together in a bowl.

In separate bowl, mix together

1 c. whole wheat flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

Next mix in:

1/2 c. oats

2 c. rice cereal

1 c. sunflower seeds

2 T. sesame seeds

1 c. chocolate chips

Combine both bowls and stir thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease 13×9 pan and press mixture into the pan.  Bake for 20 min.

These can be frozen.
