Master Baking Mix (tweaked)

5 c. whole wheat flour

5 c. all purpose flour (I didn’t have any, so I used bread flour)

2 c. ground flax seed

3/4 c. baking powder

1 T. cream of tartar

1/2 c. sugar (I use sugar cane)

4 c. dry milk

2 c. wheat germ

3 T. salt

I put all of this in a huge bowl.  Once I had it all poured in, I got another bowl and my sifter and I sifted it all together to ensure it blended well. You don’t have to do this, and if you don’t, mix it all very very well.

Keep in airtight container.
