Homemade Granola

2 c. Whole Wheat Flour

6 c. rolled oats

2 T. ground flax seed

1 c. coconut

1 c. wheat germ

2 T. sesame seeds

1/2 c. chopped pecans

2 t. salt

Mix all of this together in bowl.

In separate bowl mix:

1/2 c. water

1 c. oil

1 c. honey

2 t. vanilla

Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Preheat oven to 250 and grease 2 baking sheets.  Spread granola evenly on both sheets.  Bake for 1 hour, stirring twice.  

*I, purposely, clumped part of my granola*

Cool and either put in gallon size freezer bag and freeze…or put in a container to eat.
