Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

Wow….this was good and SUPER easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 can full fat evaporated milk (total of 24 ozs)

2 packs dry ranch mix packets

4 shredded chicken breasts

Mozzarella

Cheddar

Seasoning

No boil lasagna noodles

Grease 13 x 9 pan.  Turn oven on 350.  

In saucepan, simmer both cans of milk and ranch packet mixes.  Once combined and warm, add shredded chicken and seasoning.

Spread a little bit of sauce mixture on the bottom of your pan.  Next, noodles, chicken mixture, mozz and cheddar. Repeat ending with cheeses.  Bake for about 30-45 minutes.  Let set for about 10 minutes.  Serve with garlic bread and salad.  

Simple and delicious!  Kids LOVED it!
